As a woman, learning self-defense is not easy.

You will learn what to do in realistic self-defense situations, such as:

  • How to safely escape when you're being pinned down to the ground


  • How to protect yourself from getting hit or being choked


  • The most effective ways to incapacitate an attacker, even if they are bigger and stronger than you

You will learn how to stay calm under pressure and get the realistic experience you need to feel confident in your skills.

When you learn how to fight, you become more powerful. You can use your body to physically defend yourself and exert control over dangerous situations.


Martial arts gives us the opportunity to become stronger, more resilient, more capable versions of ourselves.


Unfortunately, it’s not easy for women to access this valuable skill. Most places that teach you how to fight are dominated by men and not always welcoming places for women to train.


I believe that women deserve to feel strong and powerful too.


My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for women like you to learn how to fight, and discover just how powerful you can be.
